Leitha Matz started writing for publications in childhood, with first paid experience as
a junior reporter for the Aberdeen American News.
She later wrote for the high school and university newspapers, then, after attending
culinary school at the Institute for Culinary Education, she focused on food history and
culture for magazines and websites, including a long-running early food blog, Miss Ginsu
Later, she wrote science fiction short stories for The Januaryist and co-authored a
book on personal finance, “Finanzen Sind Weiblich,” produced by the German
publisher Gabal Verlag.
Oh, That Night! is her first book specifically for children.
